Delivery Terms & Conditions

Our Delivery Service

Pets for Homes has partnered with Delivery Made Easy to offer all our customers a fast and improved service.

Delivery Process 

  • All Orders are dispatched the next working day from our warehouse and attempt to be delivered within 3 to 5 days from the dispatch date.
  • Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 days from the Dispatched Date.
  • The driver will contact you a day before the delivery. 
  • In case the driver does not get hold of the customer, the order will be rearranged for delivery.
  • Deliveries are made during working days Monday to Friday only. And on some occasions, we may deliver on Saturday Only.

Note: If your order is placed on Late Friday and Weekend, it will be dispatched on Monday.

Our Delivery Charge

We offer free Delivery for all orders over Rs1000

A delivery fee of Rs100 is applied for all orders under Rs1000

Communication

Delivery: The Delivery Person will contact you before we attempt to deliver your order.

Delays may occur: Due to Covid-19, Heavy Rain, product stocking, vehicle breakdown and transportation, however, we will get in touch with you.

Customer Service: Our helpline

Pay by Juice or Bank Transfer

We only dispatch orders after payment is received. And we will contact you before we attempt to deliver your orders.

If we do not receive your payment before the delivery day, your order will be postponed.

Cash on Delivery

We only take payment by cash; please ensure you have the correct amount as we don’t often have the odd change.

You can pay via Juice or Bank Transfer on Delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We inspect every order before delivering to ensure that there is no physical damage to your products and that all products are not expired.

If there is an issue with your product please contact us within 3 days of the delivery.

Cancelling your order

Orders can be cancelled before our driver is out for delivery.

Orders can not be cancelled if your order is out for delivery.

Change your order

Items can be added or removed before delivery.

Upon change, if the order is under Rs1000 you will have to pay the delivery FEE of Rs100
