At Pets for Homes, your trusted online pet shop in Mauritius, we’ve partnered with Delivery Xpress to offer fast, reliable, and improved delivery service for all your pet essentials.

Whether you’re shopping for dog food, cat treats, bird supplies, or rabbit accessories, we make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

Delivery Process 

• All orders from our pet store warehouse are dispatched the next working day.
• Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 days from the dispatch date.
• Our delivery team will contact you a day before delivery to confirm availability.
• If we cannot reach you, your order will be rescheduled for the next available delivery slot.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, and on some Saturdays as needed.
• Orders placed late on Friday or during weekends will be dispatched the following Monday.

Note: If your order is placed on Late Friday and Weekend, it will be dispatched on Monday.

FREE Delivery on all orders above Rs1200

A flat Rs100 delivery fee applies to orders below Rs1200

• The delivery person will call you before attempting delivery.
• For any delays (weather, vehicle breakdown, stock issues), we’ll notify you promptly.

Pay by MCB Juice or Bank Transfer

We only dispatch orders after payment is received. And we will contact you before we attempt to deliver your orders.

To make delivery quicker and easier, you can choose to pay via Juice by MCB either before delivery or on delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We inspect every order to ensure products are not damaged or expired.
If you experience any issues, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Cancelling or Changing Your Order

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or before the driver is en route.

Once out for delivery, orders cannot be cancelled.

Need to change your order? Items can be added or removed before dispatch.

⚠️ If changes result in an order value under Rs1200, the Rs100 delivery fee will apply.
Contact us as early as possible to update your order.
