Improved Delivery System

We are pleased to announce a new delivery service. With a successful year in 2021 and we have partnered with a Delivery Service Company to offer all our customers an improved service.

Moreover our Delivery is outsourced by a Third Party Delivery Service Company.

Delivery Process 

• All Orders are Collected and Dispatched on Tuesday and Thursday from our warehouse and attempt to deliver within 72 hours from dispatch.
• Orders are delivered within 72 hours from the date of Dispatched.
• The driver will contact you a day before the delivery. 
• Deliveries are made during working days Monday to Friday only. And on some occasions, we may deliver on Saturday Only.

Note: If your order is placed on Late Thursday, Friday and Weekend, they will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered within 72 hours.

Our Delivery Charge

We offer free Delivery for all orders Over Rs1000

A Shipping Fee of Rs90 is applied for all orders under Rs1000

W give Express Delivery for only Rs225

For Express Delivery, Our Customers will receive their order within 24hours from the collection/dispatch day. Express Delivery is collected the next day. And it is processed the following day. 

Communication

Delivery: The Delivery Person will contact you before we attempt to deliver your order.

Delay: Due to Covid-19, Heavy Rain, stocking and transportation. Moreover you may face delays however we will contact you to inform you.

Pay by Juice or Bank Transfer

We only dispatch orders after payment is received. And we will contact you before we attempt to deliver your orders.

We donot receive your payment before the delivery day, your order will be postponed.

Cash on Delivery

We only take payment by cash; please ensure you have the correct amount as we don’t often have the odd change.

You can pay via Juice or Bank Transfer on Delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We inspect every order before delivering to ensure that there is no physical damage to your products and that all products are not expired.

If there is an issue with your product please contact us within 3 days of the delivery.

Due to COVID-19, We are not taking back items.

Cancelling your order

Orders can be cancelled before our driver is out for delivery.

Orders can not be cancelled if your order is out for delivery.

Change your order

Items can be added or removed before delivery.

Upon change, if the order is under Rs1000 you will have to pay the delivery FEE of Rs90
